Dana Wallach, MA, LMFT, an expert in the treatment of sex addiction and compulsive behaviors, is a Co-Founder and the Director of Sex Addiction and Compulsive Behaviors Treatment at The Center. Additionally, she serves as a clincial consultant for a number of addiction treatment facilities and providers, offers addiction intervention services and EMDR therapy.
Dana trained to treat sexual addiction while serving as an Addiction Specialist at the Sexual Recovery Institute (SRI) in Beverly Hills, CA; supervised by Rob Weiss, LCSW and Omar Minwalla, PsyD. While at SRI, Dana directed numerous programs that she developed to support couples, spouses and partners of addicts.
Prior to opening The Center, in Northborough, MA, she developed and directed the Co-Occurring Disorders Intensive Outpatient Program at UMass Memorial Hospital, worked at the Director of Intake and Admissioins at Bridges to Recovery in California and served as Clinical Director of The Haskell House in New York.

Thomas W. Irwin, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience working in the field of addiction and substance abuse. He is a Co-Founder and the Director of Alcohol and Drug Treatment at The Center.
Dr. Irwin specializes in treatment with those who are still using drugs or actively drinking while they come to terms with whether the have a problem or desire change. Frequently, he works with the loved one's of addicts and those who are likely to recognize the problem before the alcoholic or addict does.
In addition to his work at The Center, he is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. He has held several prestigious positions including Program Director of Substance Abuse Treatment Services at Payne Whitney Westchester in New York and the Program Director for the McLean Center at Fernside in Princeton, MA.
As The Center for Recovery grew, treatment specialists, therapists and consultants began contacting us for more information and to refer their clients for treatment. We have developed a broad network of licensed professionals with a wide range of specialties.
